Hannah is a qualified children’s nurse who specialises in delivering care to children and young people with complex medical needs, including palliative care and long-term ventilation. Hannah has been working in this field since 2015. She has vast experience of working in families’ homes providing 1:2:1 support, in addition to working on a general paediatric ward delivering day to day nursing care and within a children’s hospice. Hannah has been in the fostering sector since 2016 and has a passion for helping children and young people to make the most of every opportunity. Now, as a Nurse Trainer with Fostering Together, Hannah provides invaluable guidance and support to carers and support workers in the community, helping them navigate the challenges of meeting medical needs with confidence and care.
