Toni is a Clinical Nurse Specialist with over a decade of comprehensive experience in paediatric healthcare across hospital, community, and specialist settings. She qualified in 2012, and has since worked in paediatric wards, neonatal care, and community nursing, supporting children with complex medical, learning, and physical disabilities. In 2017, she joined University Hospital Southampton as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Paediatric Epilepsy. During her five years in this role, she also qualified as an Independent and Supplementary Nurse Prescriber. Now, Toni is both a foster carer for children with additional needs, and as a Nurse Trainer with Fostering Together, Toni shares her extensive knowledge and practical expertise to support carers in meeting the medical and developmental needs of the children they look after.
