Carly joined Fostering Together after an extensive background managing care and support services for people with disabilities and the elderly, as well as acting in direct care assistance work with people herself. At Fostering Together, after supporting a number of activities in the Operations team since 2023, she coordinates training within the community as well steering of our Support Services via supervision of our Support Worker staff.
