Rachael has over 10 years’ experience in the fostering sector and has wide ranging expertise in helping to delivering a high-quality fostering service. She completed her Social Work Degree and registered as a Social Worker in 2025, working with the Fostering Together as part of her studies. Rachael also holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Management and has helped to form our efficient HR & administration processes, foster carer assessments, panel administration, engagement and quality assurance throughout our service.
