Specialist Nurse Hannah Joins the Team!

This week we were delighted to welcome Hannah Manning to the permanent staff team at Fostering Together. Hannah is an experienced Children's Nurse who specialises in delivering care to children and young people with complex medical needs.

In addition to her Registered Nurse role with the NHS, since 2016 Hannah has been providing specialist, direct support to fostering families, with a clear passion to empower children to make the most of their every opportunity.

Hannah's new permanent role with Fostering Together will enable our fostering families to access in-house specialist support and advice on the safe care of young people with complex needs.

We are really pleased to welcome Hannah to the team. We look forward to her involvement with the development of our fostering service as it continues to grow and provide more safe, loving, family homes for children who are unable to live with their birth families.
